Who is Peaky Collectibles?

Peaky Collectibles is a trading name under Southfield News Ltd, 6 Station Parade, Noel Road, W3 0DS. Your payment records will show Southfield News LTD. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Visa,  Visa Debit, Matercard, Amex and Paypal

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds on all our items. We have some conditions which can be found on the refund page. The conditions are the item must be still in its original packaging and be sealed. The items must be in the same condition we sent them to you. The reason for this is there is a high number of counterfeit goods on the secondary market so we are unable to refund you on products that have been opened, tampered with and used.

Is VAT charged?

Yes, we do charge VAT on all our products. This is charged at 20%. All our prices includes VAT.

 

Shipping

How will my order be packed?

Packing your order with the utmost care is our number one priority. We fulfil all the orders ourselves so  for a peace of mind you know your items will be packed by true collectors. All items are looked over to see if there is any damage before shipping them to you.

All our Funko pops come with a free pop protector. We will be offering the chance to add on protectors for your Pokemon booster boxes and ETB if you want that extra peace of mind. This option is coming soon.

All items will be bubble wrapped with care then placed in a double wall cardboard box. We will use biodegradable void fill for maximum protection. To finish it off we stick fragile stickers on the box to ensure the box is treated with care from the couriers. 

What couriers do you use?

The couriers we use are Royal Mail. From our experience we think they take the most care when delivering the parcels. All items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Free shipping is offered on all orders over £50. More information can be found about shipping in our shipping policy

Where is my item?

All items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. This can take up to three working days depending on the time of dispatch. All orders will have a tracking number which can be tracked using the royal mail website. This will be received by e-mail as well as text message. You can also check the status of your order by logging In to your account on Peaky Collectibles. Here you can also find out to see if your order has been dispatched and to see your tracking number for an order.

For us to make a claim to royal mail on a missing parcel we have to follow their terms and conditions. Royal mail term and conditions requires a waiting time of 15 working days to claim a parcel is lost. We know this can cause frustration to our customers but please ensure we will keep you updated on every step of the process. Unfortunately we cannot take action until 15 working days has passed as they advise that the parcel can still be delivered within the timeframe.

 

What condition will my item be?

As stated before we will look over the product before dispatching to you.

Funko

For Funko we make sure the box has no dents, creases or tears before it dispatched to you. We are in box collectors so we know box condition is a big deal to our collectors.

TCG

For TCG products, all items are official and factory sealed. All our TCG products are brand-new and never been opened. Sealed items like booster boxes and ETBs cannot always be guaranteed to be in mint condition. We definitely make sure you receive the most quality item but any dings in the boxes is out of our control due to way it was delivered to us. Booster boxes and ETBs are sealed with a thin plastic wrapping, so sometimes due to poor quality control they may be loose of contain tiny tears or rips.

If the contents inside are damaged you will be offered a full return by reaching out to us.

 

FUNKO INFORMATION

Why don’t you stock all Funko pops that are about to be released?

This is a question we get asked regularly. We stock Funko pops that have a lot of hype and are very hard to get. Meaning they sold out within minutes in USA and abroad. We don’t want to be left with too much dead stock and release them in mystery boxes like other shops as that is not fair. If there is a Funko you really want that you don’t see on our website please send us a message and we will try our best to get it for you with the US shop sticker.

 Why do you offer two sticker variants?

We offer official US sticker Funko pops as well as special edition on some products. On most product pages you will get to pick which sticker you want. Reason for this sometimes the US shop stickered Funko pops are more expensive compared to the special edition stickers. We feel customers can choose what they want according to their budget so they don’t miss out on their favourite Funko
