Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, unopened and in it’s original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or e-mail proof of purchase.
To start a return please contact us support@peakycollectibles.co.uk Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return postage costs must be paid by the customer.
If the item is damaged and it has been approved by us, postage will be covered by Peaky Collectibles.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your product carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate this quick as possible and make the situation right.
Funko
As we make sure to deliver mint funko pops but any damage caused due to shipping you will be refunded fully. We do not class factory creases (none broken paint) as damage. Any paint defects is out of our control and can not be requested for a refund as these are mass produced. Oversize funkos including comic cover funkos may have dents and creases due to the size of the box.
We cannot accept refunds for any damages that are out of our control where the funko is not visible in sealed boxes for example the funko pop and tee combination. This is because we cannot see the condition of the funko itself.
TCG
Any faults within the product including error cards, missing cards, factory defects (such as teared or ripped plastic seals) etc are not liable for return to us. This must be rectified with the manufacturer and we will provide all the assistance we can.
If the contents inside are damaged you will be offered a full return by reaching out to us.
Sealed TCG PRODUCTS
Any sealed products that are returned to us as open will issue a rejection in refund. Sealed products are classed as unopened and tape still intact on the outer box. Sealed booster boxes must have the film still intact around the box. If opened or cut and returned a refund won’t be processed.
Cancellations / Order Amendments
Lost / Misrouted orders
We at peaky collectibles cannot be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed/lost or mis-routed orders. Peaky collectibles take no responsibility for lost orders due to the incorrect address inputted by the customer. Please always make sure your shipping address is correct when placing the order. If you wish to change the address please contact us soon as possible on support@peakycollectibles.co.uk before your order is dispatched.
Exchange
If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order and the item has not been dispatched please e-mail us onsupport@peakycollectibles.co.uk. Please give state your order number with in the e-mail and items that you want to cancel.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. All cancellations will be processed within 5-7 working days once we receive your item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware, it can take between 3-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process this refund.
